What People Are Saying
“I started running a few years ago to improve my health and fitness. I soon found many benefits from running, but I didn’t enjoy the running part of it. Now, through the Mojo for Running program and the podcasts I am really REALLY enjoying being a runner! I believe learning how to run properly, with Debbie’s coaching, has made all the difference.
— Carrie Gagne

“I started running earlier this year using a Couch to 5k app. After just one training session, I was AMAZED to find out that I LOVE running. But I knew little about it. In a Google search for advice on running, I found Debbie Voiles. Coach Deb offers a great program for anyone who wants to become a runner. No age is too old, no body shape is too large, no one is too out of shape. — Beth Kauffman
“I first met Debbie Voiles at this marathon [San Francisco Marathon]. She appeared at the Run Tampa dinner that evening after having fallen at mile 17, gotten up and finished the race with a broken arm, and then gone to ER. Yet there she was at dinner being her charming self. I thought ‘I want to learn to run from THIS woman!’ ” — Kristen Antona
“Coach Deb knows what she is talking about--- if you are a beginning runner sign up for her beginning runner schedule-- you will feel confident that you can succeed--- it will give the overweight or older person who desires to be a runner a schedule that will give confidence of how to start with a plan that will get you there with more confidence of not being sidelined by injury.” — Thomas Marino

“The miracle isn’t that I finished. The miracle is that I had the courage to start.”
